Punjabi Parvasi Divas held on 23rd Jan, 2010 at Hotel Mount View, Chandigarh

Dr. Gulshan Sharma, Secretary General of International Punjabi Chamber of Service Industry (IPCSI) invited me to present a paper on "Skills Development in Punjab" with a particular refernce to the Textiles and Clothing Industry. I made a presentation on this topic on 23rd January at Hotel Mount View. A trophy of Guest of Honour was presented to me, as to other speakers also. Minister of NRI affairs S. Shekhon presented the awrads.
